Overview
Great manufacturing starts with a precise model. Our in-house CAD team converts your sketches, reference images, physical samples or tech packs into production-ready 3D models — so nothing is cast until you have approved the exact geometry, weight and stone layout.
Fast, iterative prototyping removes the guesswork: you review renders, then a physical master sample, before a single production piece is made.
Sampling typically takes about 2–3 weeks from approved CAD. Prototype costs are quoted per piece and are often credited against your first production order.
What we handle
- Sketch, tech-pack or sample-to-CAD conversion
- Photorealistic renders for approval
- Weight and metal-usage optimization
- Stone-layout and setting engineering
- Master (mold-ready) samples
How it works
- 01
Concept intake
Share sketches, tech packs, samples or reference images.
- 02
CAD modelling
We build a precise 3D model with photorealistic renders for approval.
- 03
Master sample
A physical prototype verifies dimensions, weight and finish.
- 04
Sign-off
You approve; the CAD becomes the production master and your IP.
Common questions
- Can you work from just a sketch or a photo?
- Yes. We regularly build production-ready CAD from hand sketches, reference photos, competitor samples or full tech packs.
- Do I own the CAD files?
- Yes — the CAD, molds and designs are your IP. We hold them confidentially and use them only for your production.
