- Our MOQs are flexible and depend on the design and materials. We deliberately support small first runs so emerging brands can launch and test the market, then scale into larger production cycles as demand grows. Share your design and target volume and we will confirm the exact MOQ in your quote.
- Yes. Private-label and OEM production is our core business. We manufacture jewelry under your brand — your designs, your packaging, your hallmark — and never sell directly to consumers or compete with our clients. You own the designs and the relationship with your customers.
- We produce sterling silver jewelry, gemstone jewelry, and gold jewelry across all major categories — rings, earrings, necklaces, pendants and bracelets — from fashion pieces to fine, gemstone-set collections.
- Absolutely. You can start from hand sketches, a physical sample, a CAD file, or a full tech pack. Our in-house CAD team converts your concept into a production-ready 3D model for approval before we cut the first prototype, so nothing is manufactured until you sign off.
- Sampling typically takes about 2–3 weeks from approved CAD, and bulk production generally runs 4–8 weeks depending on volume, materials, and finishing complexity. We confirm a firm timeline with every quote and keep you updated at each production stage.
- Yes — we ship worldwide, including to US warehouses and 3PLs, with fully insured logistics. Operating from a Gem & Jewellery Special Economic Zone (SEZ) gives us export advantages, and we provide the export documentation your customs broker needs for smooth US clearance.
- Primarily 925 sterling silver, 14k/18k gold, and a wide range of natural and lab-grown gemstones sourced through Jaipur, the global gemstone hub. We can also apply finishes such as rhodium and gold plating (e.g. 18k vermeil) to match your product spec.
- We source gemstones responsibly through Jaipur’s established supply chain and can provide documentation on material origin on request. Ethical, transparent sourcing is a priority because it protects your brand as much as ours.
- For new partnerships we typically work on a deposit-with-order and balance-before-shipment basis, with terms reviewed as the relationship grows. We will lay out the exact terms in your quote so there are no surprises.
